Technically adopted Damon from the orphanage, Josef almost acts as a toxic family figure for Damon, the two enabling each other’s rage at the world into creating things with the capacity to change it. Josef is the physically strongest member of the organization as well much to Henry’s jealousy. The two would have an intense battle for the second in command that would result in both nearing death with Henry eventually emerging the winner.
